When you complete a purchase, CopeCart acts as the merchant of record for that transaction and handles payment processing, billing, applicable taxes, fraud prevention, and chargeback management. CopeCart’s name may appear on your credit card statement or payment receipt.

By making a purchase, you confirm that:
- The payment information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.

4. Refund Policy
Our digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. As the vendor, we set our own refund policy in line with CopeCart’s vendor policies.
Satisfaction guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a digital product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may decline requests that show evidence of abuse, such as full consumption of the product or repeated refund requests from the same customer.
How to request a refund: First, use CopeCart’s “Help with Order” feature within your order receipt to contact us directly. If you do not receive a response within 72 hours, you may also contact CopeCart Support. Approved refunds are processed by CopeCart to your original payment method and typically appear within 7–10 business days.
Affiliate products: Refunds for products purchased through affiliate links on our Site are handled by the original seller, not by MysticWayz or CopeCart. Please contact the original seller directly.
5. Affiliate Disclosure
MysticWayz participates in affiliate programs and may earn commissions when you purchase products through links on the Site, at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products we believe align with our values. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content.
